It’s always right in front of us.
Hollywood doesn’t create stories out of thin air, they repackage reality and feed it back to us as entertainment. A way to desensitize us. A way to warn us. Or maybe, a way to balance the karmic scales. Tell them what we did, and it’s no longer a secret.
And that’s exactly how I felt watching Netflix’s new series Zero Day.
It’s marketed as a political thriller. Robert De Niro plays a former U.S. President called out of retirement to “save the country” after a massive cyberattack. But buried under the surface, in Episode 4 specifically, they start talking about a secret government program called Proteus.
A program designed to manipulate neurological functions. Headaches, dizziness, cognitive impairment.
Sound familiar?
Because it should.
That’s Havana Syndrome.
And not only that, it’s the Targeting Program. MK Ultra on steroids. COINTELPRO 2.0.
But let’s break it down.
On the surface, Zero Day is about cyberwarfare and government secrecy.
De Niro’s character, former President George Mullen, is dealing with a widespread digital attack on critical infrastructure: banks crash, power grids shut down, panic spreads. But behind the scenes, a bigger secret is unraveling.
Enter Proteus
A secret CIA operation targeting individuals with neurological warfare, manipulating the mind, body, and perception itself. The symptoms? The same ones real-life victims of Havana Syndrome have reported for years.
I don’t believe this is just fiction.
Because we’ve seen this pattern before.
This isn’t new.
• In 1998, The Truman Show showed us a man living in a completely controlled environment. Every aspect of his life manipulated, every interaction staged, every “coincidence” planned. And when he started to wake up? The people running the show gaslit him, told him he was crazy, and tried to keep him trapped in the illusion. Sound familiar? That’s what targeted individuals experience every single day.
• In 1999, The Matrix introduced the idea of a controlled simulation, and now people debate simulation theory daily.
• In 2001, Enemy of the State showed us mass surveillance before we ever heard of the Patriot Act.
• In 2023, Leave the World Behind eerily foreshadowed cyberattacks, media blackouts, and the collapse of communication.
They tell us before they do it. Or worse, they tell us after, hidden in plain sight.
And now, in 2025? Zero Day is feeding us the truth about the Targeting Program under the guise of fiction.
So let’s talk about who these characters really are.
• George Mullen (De Niro’s character) → A blend of real-life U.S. Presidents
• Proteus → Havana Syndrome, MK Ultra, and modern-day energy weapons
• The Cyberattack → A controlled takedown of infrastructure
This isn’t some far-fetched conspiracy. It’s a rebranded history lesson.
And let’s be honest, rumor has it that the U.S. government never stopped running covert programs against its own people.
They never stopped testing psychological warfare.
They never stopped spying, monitoring, and silencing those who speak out.
They just got better at hiding it.
MK Ultra Never Ended. It Just Changed Names.
If you think the CIA just willingly ended its mind control experiments in the 1970s when they got exposed, you don’t know the government.
They don’t stop. They rename. They repackage. They relaunch.
MK Ultra became COINTELPRO.
COINTELPRO became Havana Syndrome.
Havana Syndrome became Proteus.
Same playbook. Same targets. Just a new excuse to justify the funding.
And now, they’re telling you in a Netflix series.
But why does this matter? Why am I bringing this up?
Because I’ve lived it. Still do. Every single day.
I was illegally watchlisted.
Never arrested. No criminal background. Yet, I was labeled a threat. I was put under constant surveillance. My privacy stripped away.
And the symptoms they describe in Zero Day?
I’ve felt them. Still feel them.
Others like me have felt them.
People across the world: whistleblowers, journalists, truth-seekers, have all felt them.
And the government has denied it every step of the way.
Until now.
Now, they’re putting it in a TV show. Giving it a name. Wrapping it in fiction so that when the truth fully breaks open, they can say, Oh, that? We told you about that already. You just thought it was a Netflix plot.
But I see through it.
Disclaimer: Allegedly. Possibly. Hypothetically speaking. And of course, for entertainment purposes only. Because we all know how this goes. If you speak too much truth, suddenly you’re a conspiracy theorist. If you question the narrative, suddenly you’re paranoid. And if you call out corruption, suddenly you’re a threat.
So, let’s just say this is all fiction, shall we?
Now, let’s talk about reality.
I haven’t been feeling well.
My Havana Syndrome symptoms have been relentless: daily headaches, tinnitus, vertigo-like sensations, nausea, chronic fatigue, electrical shocks, a nonstop assault on my body.
And let’s be clear, I never consented to any of this.
Not as a child when this all began at 11. Not as a teenager when I reported it at 14 and the harassment started. At no point did I ever consent to this.
I mean, seriously, at what point was I supposed to raise my hand and say, ‘Yes, I’d love to be an unwitting test subject for a lifelong surveillance experiment’?
Enough is enough.
So What Now?
For me? I stay watching. Not just the show, but the world.
Because I believe we’re at the point where exposure is coming.
They’ve done too much for too long. And now, they can’t hide it anymore.
And if Zero Day is any indication?
They’re getting ready to tell us.
Maybe they already have.
Luke 12:3-4 🙏🏽
You should bring in Minority Report because they commit crimes and then plan the TI’s life, this is my story. Just fyi
I have always said what they put in the movies is what's about to roll out on the population. Very sick world we live in
